RI District 3780 Past Governor Johnny Gaw Yu and his Club, the Rotary Club of Cubao Quezon City and their Sister Club, the Seongnam East South Korea District 3600 handed over their “Global Grant”, the Mobile Blood Extraction Van to Dugong Alay Dugong Buhay.
Johnny Gaw Yu graduated from the Philippine School of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management. Johnny Gaw Yu later pursued his Master’s Degree in Public Management at the Unibersidad De Manila and was conferred a Doctorate Degree in Philosophy by Piedmont College, USA.
